Absolutely! We do support Rich Snippets and there’s a simple installation required to get your product reviews star ratings to be shown in Google organic searches.
Once Google crawls the site, the rich snippet codes will be indexed and shown in search results. This process may take at least 1 to 2 weeks.

Absolutely yes! This feature is available on all the plans, and the feature is known as Custom Forms. The questions will be embedded in the review request emails as well as the review form on the product page. Once customers have submitted the review, both the review and customers’ attributes will be displayed on your site after publishing the review.
