"I placed two orders with your company. The first was delivered broken. The shipping insurance paid for the replacement bottle but not the shipping. I paid the shipping for the replacement bottle and when it was shipped it was returned to sender before it even left your city. I demanded a refund and got sent back to the shipper insurance. I haven’t checked to even see if I got the refund. I’m 99% sure I have not. I will never do business with you again and will discourage anyone I ever hear is trying your company to forgo the experience."
