Twice now eco friendly packaging has been unable to fulfill Tony’s Chocolate Pop Rocks candy bar. The kind the pops and tingles when dissolved. Image the disappointment making excuses for my favorite candy bar that no longer crackles and pops because during shipment the packages have melting into goo pods disolving the pop rocks and crackling effect. Is FedEx to blame with six day shipment? Is packaging worthless? My customer experience as a member and buyer direct has been less than when buying at the store."
