"I so LOVE the theory of Hive. I would have loved to try the items I ordered. However, they were so poorly packed that the liquid glass items were shattered - not just cracked. So the liquid destroyed everything that was paper or paper like. The shards of glass tore through other items that had been gifted. In short it was a horrible, disappointing first box. Hive refunded the cost - which I appreciate. They have contracted with Fed Ex for delivery and that is a large part of the problem in package care and also delivery delays. My box was days late. If Hive upgrades shipping out of Fed Ex, might try again. There is so much that is good about Hive and the idea behind it."
