"Customer service has not been great. First impressions have not been good either. It was my first time ordering and I received a bunch of broken glass bottles. I sent in a contact form through email and didn’t hear back until I reached back out again (called and left a voicemail). The replacement for those broken items just arrived and there are more broken items inside… I have been calling to get into contact with someone but keep getting hung up on without the option of leaving a voicemail. Hopefully someone sees this and will contact me back so I can get refunded for the broken items I just received. Otherwise I guess I will continue to try calling. "
