"Shipping was great, the business concept lines up with things I value. Costs were where they need to be. Inventory needs to expand, even at the cost of relaxing your brand awareness. There's just not enough to order to justify shipping something to you. Lack of visibility and SEO could be an issue and I only found your website because of a Google search for a certain hot sauce. Order incentive would grow if you could focus on two or three categories, whether that be dry vegan goods or gourmet sauces, and then build on it with other goods once you've gathered a strong following and word of mouth presence. I love the concept of the business and will definitely be ordering in the future, I just don't know how I would incentivize my peers to do the same."
