"I like their stance on sustainability. However, my package was damaged by FedEx in transit and not delivered- understandable, it happens. I contacted Hive for a replacement, which they said they'd send. Turns out I was just resent the same items from the damaged package. The damage in the original package was that a can of water had opened and soaked everything. So I was resent a moldy wet reusable shopping bag, and a bunch of water damaged food products that I had to throw away."
