"customer service did not accommodate me as a first time customer. Never will I recommend. I’m sorry customer service is key to any business small or big especially to first time buyers. I spent well over $100. I really would’ve given it a 2nd chance with replacing with another. I didn’t want money back. I wanted credit to use toward another purchase. But this was not the case. I’ve kept all my trail responses from Hive."
