"The woolen Zum balls really don’t work as well as advertised. Clothing had quite a bit of static and I get oil all over my hands not the balls when I spray them."

"I was able to get the product that I wanted but I ordered chocolate and it was placed in a black box so when delivered, it was placed in direct sun. A fragile label or something to indicate the contents would have been appreciated. "
