"Because I ordered quite a few items that continually said available upon ordering and shipping and then all of a sudden (lengthy time later) was told 3 of the items would not be available and I was being given a refund instead of the products. Then, AFTER that, it happened again - ANOTHER item all of a sudden could not be provided for me that I ordered. Half the items in my order were not sent to me and I was told to wait for them to become available again. Would be a different story had I been told that when order was made. Not having been made to believe I was ordering what I wanted and then not going to be able to get them. The order of the items that *did* arrive finally, took awhile to receive also, on top of all of that. "
