I finally received my glass water bottle. I appreciate the fact that you sent a "second" one, because I never received the first one. However, I believe that the bottle would be more protected if all the glass was surrounded by the insulation. The rubber coating or whatever is around the bottle does only covers 2/3 of the glass. It seems it would have been a better design if ALL the glass was protected. thank you."
