"Original item well over $200 was shipped to the wrong address. Nobody contacted me to let me know this except for one email. When I realized that I hadn’t seen it I contacted you guys was to pay for another shipping and handling not get it for three weeks or pay a restocking fee. I think when you sell premium items, you might wanna offer premium service. I thought the way it was, laid out to me was rude or obnoxious. I’m a kind of sore of good whiskey but will never buy from you guys again. "
