"I buy a lot of bourbon and red wine. I was on the computer looking at making an additional purchase from the Wooden Cork, but when I was provided the shipping expense I chose to not complete the same. This was also filtered to the SHOP APP. Moments after I closed the browser I received an email completing the purchase. This was a mistake and I contacted the Wooden Cork within five minutes. The next day I contacted the WC and finally someone responded stating that they could cancel the order but it would cost me 10% due to credit card fees. I work in the financial industry and this was a false claim. The clerk did offer to ship the items for half of the cost originally quoted so I opted for this option. This was several weeks ago, my order has not yet arrived. I was pleased to buy Weller and some nice bourbons from the Wooden Cork but we have now deleted this company from any future purchase considerations. "
