"After three attempts of shipment from your company it took more than a month for my order to arrive in Arizona. The first two shipments were sent to Texas when I clearly stated my address as being in Arizona. The first shipment was sent to Texas using GLS. They lost the shipment. The second shipment was sent using UPS. They delivered it to the wrong address in Texas and the person they delivered it to contacted your company. I spoke with a local UPS office and they looked on the computer and they determined the shipment was sent to Texas because of a mistake by Wooden Cork in shipping. I finally received my order on the third attempt. We won’t be doing business again."
