"They do a very poor job of communicating to their customers. I received an email on Saturday stating that my shipment was being prepared. UPS had already tried to make two delivery attempts prior to the email. Having not been forewarned, I was unable to change my schedule to be there for 12 hours nonstop to wait on UPS for delivery. That caused me the challenge of having to drive an hour away to a UPS store on another day to sign for my shipment or as much money as one bottle cost me, I would have expected better, timely, customer service. "
