"I placed my first order with Wooden Cork on 1/12/24. This order was over $500. During the check out I was assured your orders ship quickly. Today is February 5, 2024 and the order still has not arrived. I sent a chat message and was told the order was shipped last week and was late due to back order. No where on line did it say the product was out of stock or I would not have ordered in the first place. Communication is everything and with all todays tech I would think a email saying my order was going to be late would have been simple but I got nothing from you all. Very disappointing. "
