"I gave this score, because Wooden Cork had the Ratafia I wanted to purchase. Otherwise it would have been lower. The shipping price was outrageous. It took 10 days after I ordered just to get it ready to ship, and there was no notice to share the FedEx shipping number until I emailed customer service and then I was aware it was arriving the same day I inquired about it. As a signature was required upon arrival, I was accidentally home to sign for it. Advance notice on these things would eliminate issues. So I scored them a 7 based on availability of my favorite wine, otherwise I would have scored a 2 or 3."
