"My order never delivered and the GLS shipping service Wooden Cork uses wont reply to my outreach attempts. They require a signature and only seem to deliver during the middle of the day on weekdays so it was naturally missed as the recipient was working. They only attempted once and it’s been indefinitely delayed for 13 days since the first delivery attempt (not to mention the long wait to initially ship the order). Looks like I’m just going to have to take a loss of ~$115 because it seems they will never deliver what I ordered. I anticipate they may try again at another impossible time and hold my package hostage another 2 weeks in a different state and the cycle will probably continue until they just say it has to be picked up at the nearest pickup location that happens to be an entire State away. I should have trusted the other bad reviews but man, this was a total waste of money and information. Thanks for nothing, thieves!"

"I received my order and both bottles had leaked, when I sent an email with photos I was told that's a known issue with those specific bottles due to the way they're packed. If its a known issue there should be a disclaimer or better efforts should be made to solve the problem vs hoping people don't care they have a bottle missing 10% of the contents especially when purchased as a gift. I was offered a 10% refund which I was too little too late. it took me emailing multiple times to come to this unsatisfactory solution."
