I emailed Wooden Cork and stated I can buy the 2019 here at home and that is NOT what ordered. Their email back to me stated I did not specify 2018 so apparently it was my fault. However, I did specify 2018 and not only that, I checked the box that said NO SUBSTITUTIONS. I was very surprised that Wooden Cork just washed their hands of their mistake. So why would I recommend them to a friend if I didn't receive what I had asked and paid for? They never offered for me to return it for the 2018 or even a refund.
