"I was disappointed that some of the items I ordered were actually out of stock. That's not good stock management, and the fact that it happened to more than just one item in a small order is a red flag for me. I was further disappointed that I wasn't given notice or an opportunity to find substitutions for the out-of-stock items before the rest of my order shipped. Getting just part of my list--making me then have to go shop elsewhere to complete it--just isn't saving me time, money, or convenience. "
