"Poor communication. I called today to find out why my subscription order was processed and credit card charged a week ago but no update on shipping. Whomever I spoke to was extremely rude. Spoke in a condescending tone. Saying did I not know what was going on the east coast with ice. That the warehouse was shutdown for a week. I said an email or phone call would’ve been nice as a subscription member. Very disappointed "
