"Products are great but the auto ship is not user friendly. Orders are shipped without offering the change to change your monthly choice and you can’t cancel an auto ship without emailing or calling the company."

"The quality is lowering. They used to be thick and my dog loved them. The last 2 pkg's they were skinny and my dog vomited up chunks of one she was able to devour on quickly because it was too thin."
