"Love your products and delivery has been fine. Issue is mechanics of the site and no way to get ahold of anyone- like no chat option when ordering, I emailed and got no solution to setting up my puppy’s profile. Tonight I was able to enter it all but his photo but my iPhone saves photos at too high resolution and I don’t know how to decrease it so the photo can be used. Also, you sent me a $15 coupon but I can’t use it on subscriptions and I get charged shipping without a subscription, so if I switch my order to include subscriptions then I get free shipping, but I can’t use the coupon. It’s a catch 22! I also earned enough points that I redeemed points for a $10 off which is supposed to be able to be applied to my subscriptions that I already set up but it won’t save when I enter it on my account. I get an error yet your site says it should be able to be applied! Argh!! 😠 I feel like I’m going in a big giant circle, and the only way to use my $15 off coupon will cost me more money, defeating the purpose of a coupon because I can’t do a subscription. I am just frustrated."
