The first time, I got charged for shipping. This time, my "convenient" subscription was not sent out for 9 days ("unfulfilled") and when I asked for a rush via phone message, they cancelled the subscription and refunded me. So, totally inconvenient and put me in a position of having to take care of the problem myself.
