"I ordered dog treats & when I received them they we rotten. They had like a horrible mold smell. I called customer service & they were terrible. They didn't help at all! I don't like to complain because everyone has bad days & deserves a do over BUT unfortunately the experience ruined my ever wanting to order from this company again or ever recommending it to anyone. Sorry people that have jobs in customer service need to be trained to be helpful or people won't order from you again. Also your prices seem higher than other companies ~ People want good deals & are willing to shop around for other quality products at a better rate. "
