"I have a monthly sub for 10 Jumbo however not all 10 bully stick are jumbo in size (3-4 on average are only large in size ). It’s annoying that my monthly charge remains the same and it doesn’t reflect what I am actually receiving. I’d accept the company offering subscription $ coupons to be applied for future purchases, when this does transpire or Setting up Better quality control for clients that have a monthly subscriptions to make sure that we receive what we are paying for. So I gave an 8, because more and more of the bully sticks that I am receiving every monthly are not jumbo in size. It’s not necessary for you to respond and to explain the reasons why all 10 the bullysticks are not always jumbo in size. I have received to many excuses yet none properly resolve the issue of constantly being charged for 10 jumbo size bully sticks when we don’t actually receive 10 Jumbo size bully sticks. "
