"Customer service aggravation simply made it not worth the bother. After the last shipping incident (the box was delivered by UPS empty, the coffee was stolen) I understood that itās crazy that I had to wait additional 10 to 12 days for the replacement missing me in two days.
Itās been sitting in the mail room since December 24 I am in Naples Florida until the 5th.
No need to ship coffee from elsewhere with so many coffee shops and great roasters in both Chicago and Naples Florida. It forced me to find new options, which I did."
